This site sets no cookies at all — not for preferences, not for measurement, not for advertising. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What is kept instead
A few preferences are held in your browser's local storage, which is not sent with any request and never reaches a server. These are the only keys the site writes:

fa-theme - Light or dark, applied before the first paint so the page never flashes the wrong palette.

fa-lang - The chosen interface language.

fa-fav-* - The entities you have starred, one key per kind: players, countries, competitions, clubs.

fa-compare - The comparison you are building, so a reload does not empty it.

fa-compare-kind - Which kind of entity that comparison is between.

fa-search-recent - The last few searches you opened, offered again in the palette.
Removing them
Clearing site data for this domain in your browser removes all of them. Nothing breaks: the site simply returns to its defaults, and a browser that blocks storage entirely — private mode, or an enterprise policy — works normally for the length of the visit.
